Request Printer Repair, Service or Help

Overview

This service is to notify ITS if there is an issue with a printer or if you have a question about the printing system.

Audience

This service is available for faculty, staff, and students.

How to Request Help

To request help, please click the Request Printer Service button on the right. 

What to Expect

After a request is made, ITS will attempt initial troubleshooting of your issue. If further actions are needed, ITS will submit a ticket on your behalf to Toshiba Business Services and have a Toshiba Printer Repair Expert come to campus to assist with the issue.
