Overview
Below is the Step by Step instructions on how to print from a Device using the “Follow Me” printing system on campus with your Apple devices.

Steps for Printing
Step 1
Select File then “Print”. Alternatively press Command + P

Step 2
Ensure the printer says “Follow Me” and select “Print”. If it does not say “Follow Me” please see the Adding Earlham Printers to your Apple Device article.

Step 3
When prompted. Type in your Earlham credentials(The same ones used for your Zimbra mail and to log into theHeart). Select the checkbox “Remember this password in my keychain” and select “OK”. Once saved, you will no longer need to type in your password again to print.

Step 4
Use your Earlham ID to log into the printer. The Scanner is located to the left of the touch screen.

Step 5
Once Logged in. Select “Print Release”

Step 6
Select the Job in which you wish to print and press “Print” Located in the bottom right of the screen.

Step 7
You should how see “ print job released successfully”. If it does not print or you are having issues.
