Overview
Earlham College uses Epson projectors. These projectors can be connected to via the WiFi to screen share.
**Please be advised that the audio using this method will come from the projector and not the in room audio system**
Steps for iProjection install
Step 1
Navigate to https://epson.com/support/wireless-projector-support. Scroll down to the "Download Epson iProjection" section and select the download for your operating system.
Step 2
Once downloaded, Run the installer package to install the software.
**This may require admin permissions on your device. If so, please set up a meeting time with the Help Desk assist with installing this. This can be done via the "Request Help" button located on the right**
Step 3
Ensure you are connected to ECSecure and Launch the iProjection Application.
Step 4
Using the remote for the Epson projector, Select the LAN input. You should now see a screen that displays the IP address.
Step 5
Input the IP address in the search bar and select Search.
Step 6
Your projector should now appear in the list of projectors. Select the projector and select connect. If prompted for a code, the code is displayed on the projector screen.
