Steps for Email Lists

Step 1

The main login page is https://newlists.earlham.edu/. It does not use your Earlham password, so if you've never logged in, you should go to the top right and click on the "Sign Up" link.

Step 2

Once logged in, it should display any lists you are in.  You can also use the filter to show only the lists you're an owner of. If you need to be made an owner of a list, please select the Request Help button on the right to submit a ticket to Earlham ITS.

Step 3

After finding the list you want to manage, add or remove members by going to "Mass Operations".  Make sure you have selected "Pre Verified" near the bottom of the page before you subscribe them.

 

You can use the “Users” drop-down to view the current users as well as add/remove owners.

Additional Information
