Overview
Occasionally a paper jam or error will occur while attempting to print. When this happens, your print job will automatically resume printing unless the follow steps below are taken.
If you need additional assistance with this topic, you can select the "Request Printer Service" button on the right side to submit a ticket to the ITS Help Desk.
Steps for Troubleshooting
Step 1
If a paper jam or error occurs. The “Job Status” button will flash in the lower right corner. Press this button and select the Jobs tab.

Step 2
On the next screen, select the Job you are currently attempting to print and select “Delete”
