Account - Change/Recover your password

Below are the steps required to change your password for the following scenarios.

-You already know your password.

-You do not know your password.

Step 1

Browse to https://password.earlham.edu

Step 2

Login with your current Earlham username and password

Step 3

Select Change Password from the menu

Step 4

Fill in the form fields to create a new password

• New Password : Make a new password for yourself, following the rules above the form.
• Retype New Password : Confirm your new password by typing it again.

Step 5

Click Change Password Button

Step 1 - If you do not have account recovery set up

Schedule an appointment with Earlham ITS for a phone call or teams meeting to verifiy your account details and gain access to your account. This can be done by selecting the Request Account Help button on the right side of the screen.

Browse to https://password.earlham.edu

Step 2 - If you do have account recovery set up

Select "Forgotten Password"

Step 3 - If you do have account recovery set up

Type in your username (Your earlham email address without the @earlham.edu)

Select your method for recovery.

Don't forget that after you change your password, you may need to update it in multiple places. Some common places include:

• Computer wireless

• Phone or tablet wireless

• Phone or tablet mail app
