Below are some of the common questions asked by new students who have just arrived at Earlham College.

How do I log into the WiFi?

• All students connect to the WiFi using Boldyn ResNet. Please connect to the WiFi network "MyResNet Start Here" to get started
• Call 1-833-521-1644 for 24/7/365 help with any issue with the Boldyn network.

How do I change my password?

• If you know your password, go to https://password.earlham.edu . Once logged in, select the button on the far right labeled "Change Password"
• If you do not know your password, Submit a ticket with ITS. You can select the Request Account Help button on the right to set an appointment with a member from the Earlham ITS team.

How do I print?

• Student printing is done by using the Web Print service. More information can be found by selecting the Student printing article on the left in the related articles section.

Don't have a computer or laptop?

• Earlham College has a computer lab that is available for student use. The lab is located in LBC Rm 103.
• Lilly Library also has a laptop loaner program ran by the Library staff. Please see someone at the Lilly Library front desk for assistance.

Need Microsoft Office?

• Earlham students can utilize Microsoft Office products including Work, Excel and PowerPoint through Microsoft's Office 365 education program.
• To register and use this service, please visit https://products.office.com/en-us/student/office-in-education
• After your account has been created, you can access your office products at www.office.com

Does Earlham provide Cable?

• Xfinity on Campus web viewing is available for students who are connected to the campus network. Students can stream over 100+ live channels, shows and movies on demand and will have access to Cloud DVR. There are also a limited number of channels available to students when not connected to the Earlham network through TV GO.
