How to set up a jobsub in Banner 9. If you need additional help, please select the Request Help button on the right to submit a ticket to Earlham ITS.

Steps for set up

Step 1

Log into AppNav from theheart.

Step 2

Type GJAJPRF in the search field and press Enter.

Step 3

Click in the box with the number in the page header to close the Notification Center.

Step 4

Click Insert or press F6 to enter a new record.

Step 5

A new record will be entered, the value should be /home/staff/YourUsername/jobsub, and it is automatically saved for you.

Step 6

All of the processes and reports you run from GJAPCTL will now show up in your jobsub folder.
