Self Service - Update Race and Ethnicity Data

Instructions on how to update your race and ethnicity data in Banner. If you need additional help, please select the Request Help button on the right to submit a ticket to Earlham ITS.

Step 1

Log into theHeart and select General Self-Service, Open General Dashboard.

Step 2

From My Profile, select Personal Information

Step 3

Scroll to the bottom of the page to Additional Details and click on the pencil icon below Ethnicity and Race

Step 4

Then check all the boxes that apply on the Update Race and Ethnicity page and click the Continue button

Step 5

Click the Save button
